Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SkyZone ("we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SkyZone.

A SkyZone is a symbolic, commemorative product: a personalised dedication of a notional 1 m³ volume of sky above a place you choose, recorded in SkyZone's own registry, together with a sky page and certificate.

A SkyZone does not give you any ownership, property, airspace, mineral or other legal right to any real airspace, land or object, and it is not recognised by any government or aviation authority. The SkyZone registry is maintained only by us. Other people may be able to purchase SkyZones at or near the same location.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at ahmadrazakhalid13.0@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

When you check out as a guest, we create an account for your email address so you can manage your dedications, and we email you a link to set a password.

• Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed, including any applicable fees and discounts.
• The price charged is the one calculated by our server at checkout; the amount shown on screen is for convenience.
• Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and your SkyZone is created. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or content that breaks these Terms, and will refund any amount paid in that case.

Digital items (your SkyZone, sky page and digital certificate) are delivered to your account immediately after your order is confirmed. Where a package includes physical items (such as a printed or framed certificate), estimated delivery times and shipping details are provided at purchase; delivery times are estimates, and risk passes to you on delivery.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, you expressly request immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your SkyZone has been created and made available to you. Because each dedication is personalised to your specifications, physical items made to your order may also be excluded from withdrawal where the law allows.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. To request a refund or report a problem, contact ahmadrazakhalid13.0@gmail.com.

You keep ownership of the names, messages, stories and photos you submit ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content as needed to provide SkyZone — including on public sky pages and certificates — for as long as it remains on the service.

You confirm that your content is yours to share and that it does not:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• include other people's personal data or photos without their permission;
• contain hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory or unlawful material;
• impersonate anyone or mislead others.

We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

Do not misuse SkyZone: for example, do not try to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it with automated tools, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You can revoke a dedication or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Revoking a dedication removes its sky page; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Deleting your account removes your profile and stories; we keep order records where the law requires (see the Privacy Policy).

We aim to keep SkyZone and your sky pages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever permanently shut down the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your data and certificates.

SkyZone is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
